About: Inner Listening is a meditative, co-creative conversation with Spirit. All are welcome to join us; "no experience necessary" for this 90 minute experience, you only need paper and a pen.

Conscious Embodiment
About: One of the most powerful aspects of Conscious Embodiment is that when you practice with a partner, your partner gets to simulate the bumps, the stresses, the pressures of life so you can learn to respond more skillfully. In real time, you get to see where you are reacting unskillfully, be gentle and compassionate with yourself, and come back to Center as you align your body, mind, and spirit.
When: Every 1st Saturday @ 10:00 am-Noon
Fee: $25 - $35, sliding scale ~ Meets in the Sanctuary
