Facilities Online Booking

1. Check the Calendar for availability. Rooms are color coded (SanctuaryCottage/CourtyardOhana RoomRix Room, Sanctuary & Cottage, Bookstore)

2. Read through the Rental FAQ   

3. Fill out and return Rental Agreement.

4. Pay your DEPOSIT: pay your deposit by clicking the button for the corresponding space you wish to rent below. Reservation will be confirmed once deposit and rental agreement are received.

Security Deposits:

Sanctuary – $150;

Cottage – $100

Courtyard, Rix & Ohana Rooms - $25

Bookstore - $15

Some or all of your deposit may be retained for cleaning, time overage, or administrative costs.

5. Pay your RENTAL FEES (via PayPal button below) - Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. Note: if event is less than two weeks, full payment is due with signed rental agreement (in addition to the required deposit - see #5 above). [Rental Fees depend on facility/duration.]

Note: If you need wheelchair access, please indicate on your rental agreement so we can provide you with the necessary information and/or help.

If you would rather, you may instead print the rental agreement to fill out, and mail or drop it off at 1300 Grand Street, Alameda, CA 94501.

Additionally, if you do not have a PayPal account, or prefer to pay by check, you may include your deposit check with the rental agreement and pay the rental fee 2 weeks prior to your event by mailing or dropping it off at the address above.
